A Christmas Message
Ray, our web designer, keeps telling me to add some notes to this blog and I keep telling him that I will when I have time, the seasonal rush, lots of repair work to do, etc. but he will accept no more excuses so here I am, Michael, your friendly clock, watch and jewellery specialist ready to tell you how things are going.
It is no lie. We are rushed off our feet. The new, revamped website (Ray take a bow) looks great and the new brands are doing well, particularly Calvin Klein. The new lines for D&G, Police, Breil and Fossil are also very popular.
Nigel and Liz are coping very well with all the multitasking required at this time of year, telephone in left hand, right hand on the keyboard and cold coffee nearby. I try to keep my head down, concetrating on the repair work but at times it is all hands to the pumps and the more difficult jobs have to be done at home.
Anyway, I just thought I would use this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and New Year and to thank all our regular customers for their interest and loyalty. I will try to add some more comments in the future and always welcome your feedback. Quite a few people have asked me to describe in more detail what goes on in the strange world of the clock and watch shop, a strange mix of cutting edge, designer brands to my left and antique, ticking clocks to my right.
